sold me an unsafe Jeep This dealership sold me a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with 75,000 miles on it back in October. I felt a shaking in the rear end last Monday a This dealership sold me a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with 75,000 miles on it back in October. I felt a shaking in the rear end last Monday and took it in to have my mechanic check it out and he said its going to need most of the rear end, transfer case and clutch redone, not to mention many other issues that are making the Jeep unsafe to drive. Brent Buff told me when i spoke to him over the phone that they did an inspection on the vehicle, i asked him if it included checking the engine, drive-train and suspension and he said yes (which now he denies ever says that). I have been in contact through email and over the phone with Mr. Buff multiple times in the last week about sending me the copy of the inspection he says they performed or at least sending me a list of the things that were inspected before they put the car up for sale on their lot, he is now refusing to respond to my emails, since i am no longer willing to call the dealership because from now on i want written documentation of all interactions between myself and the Dealership. If anyone at the dealership that is in management would please email me asap to resolve this issue i would appreciate it. Brent Buff has my email address. I will also be updating this post with what happens from here on out. I will also be posting a list of the things wrong with the jeep once my local mechanic finishes his inspection and diagnosis. - Jean More
