not a good dealership to go to. Go someplace else. My dad bought a car here and put down 50% of the price of the car, which was marked up, to begin with. The car came with one key, yet the dealership charged bought a car here and put down 50% of the price of the car, which was marked up, to begin with. The car came with one key, yet the dealership charged a "Pre-Delivery fee" of $795 that is 100% profit to the dealership to help them pay for the costs it costs to do business. I called and spoke with Brent Cox, who wasn't much of a pleasure to talk to and was short and sarcastic. Brent stated that they don't give more keys unless it's factored into the deal, yet, they charge a $795 fee but would rather get a complaint and lose a customer rather than making them another key to make it right. They smile in your face until they've gotten your money. Then after that, they turn into the sarcastic people that you get when you call an let them know about a problem. I will be posting this same review on all other web sites as well so everyone can see. More

Working with our Sales Consultant, Cameron Morgan was an absolute pleasure. Because my wife and I traveled from southwest Florida to purchase this previously owned vehicle we were concerned that the vehicle absolute pleasure. Because my wife and I traveled from southwest Florida to purchase this previously owned vehicle we were concerned that the vehicle might not be what we expected. Prior to us traveling to purchase the vehicle Cameron Morgan sent me a great walk around video showing the vehicle inside and out as well as verbally describing the condition. When we finally arrived we were thrilled to see the vehicle was exactly as described. Prior to making the trip I worked with their Sales Manager, Brent Cox. He was very helpful in working out some of the details of the transaction. Since we had a long drive back to southwest Florida we asked if the paperwork could be completed as soon as possible and Finance Manager, Andrew Mackey did not let us down. He was well prepared and had the paperwork completed quickly. Before we knew it we were back on the road headed home. It was refreshing to deal with professionals who have a high level of integrity and respect the client’s time. Even though it’s a long drive I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again in the future. More
