Can honestly say that Carla who sold me my beautiful truck went over and above to first find me the truck I wanted, i was very picky. Secondly, how she did everything in her power to make the transactio truck went over and above to first find me the truck I wanted, i was very picky. The other dealers there I hate to say really didn't even say hello or gave my mother and I any attentiveness especially on our second visit. Carla was personable, polite, and driven to help me and the only reason i would return would be to purchase from her. Also her manager did his best on trying to answer my questions about the suspension although I believe he should have made it a point to make time for the mechanic to answer my questions to ease my concern. Luis arranged for a test drive of the first vehicle and then, luck and timing being on my side, he let me know about another vehicle that had just arrived. Needless to say Luis was looking out for me and I purchased the vehicle I had been looking for! The whole team was superb and attentive. Beth with Allstate, and Jim (Hooah!) who helped me fill out all the legal paperwork, thank you, Marine! Luis delivered my vehicle the next day as promised. Laverne Hood was great. She is worth 5 stars.Her customer service and communication was perfect. Jim Long was great to work with and hilarious. Thursday I was told it would be ready, and it wasn't. I wasted a trip across town and trough traffic to get up there and waited for nothing. I picked the truck up Friday thinking it would be spotless because they had more than enough time to clean it, but it wasn't. When I got home and really looked the inside over, there was dirt, sand, candy, and dog hair inside. More
