Brandon and his team did a fantastic job of taking care of me. I could not be happier with my car-buying experience. The experience was, in a word, good. I trusted the people I dealt with and felt comfortable as the negotiation and process unfolded. In the end, I was happy with both the deal and the car I chose- which was not the one I went there to buy. The only thing I would fault is the actual administrative procedure at Walser. Once the decisions were made (the car, the price, how it was to be paid, accessories and so forth, things slowed to a crawl, We spend nearly an hour at the table alone, and in that time various people would join us at the table to lay our certain specific points, offers, clarifications, questions, etc. I kept thinking “This is a process that repeats here frequently, yet it seems so slow and disjointed”. Eventually the process ended and we got out of there with the car- but virtually no paperwork. The paperwork came by email a few days later, and I printed and bound it. I say all this with some familiarity because we had bought another new car just two weeks earlier, and that process, while not speedy, went rather smoothly and relatively quickly. There may well have been complications in processing our paperwork- I don’t know. I applied for a military discount, and that necessitated a credit application, and then there were some details that required other collaborations- again, I don’t know what was going on, but whatever it was seeemed to take a long time.
