What I appreciated most was the comfortable, no pressure atmosphere with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. While I waited to have my Soul serviced I test drove a couple new cars. My car was taken to Service immediately. The work needed was discussed and when another issue was found I was alerted by the attendant who discussed it with me as well. Work was all done in a timely manner and the car was shiny clean when I took it home. Everyone was friendly. Waiting room was clean and bright. Snacks were good, coffee was hot, popcorn was fresh!! More
