If I could give Brent zero stars, I would. My niece, who lives with me, dropped off her car on a Tuesday morning. Service didn't even bother to have anyone look at it or diagnose it until We My niece, who lives with me, dropped off her car on a Tuesday morning. Service didn't even bother to have anyone look at it or diagnose it until Wednesday afternoon. Of course, that meant the part that he needed to order wouldn't arrive until the weekend. They held her car hostage for a week... with virtually no communication. On Friday, Service left a message, "Part didn't arrive, have a good weekend." No apology. No explanation. No offer of a loaner car. I called on Saturday and finally got someone to loan her a car. She's a full time student with a job with an Asian complexion... I'm a 50-year old white guy. They ignored her but talked to me. You do the math. To a person, every person I talked to was rude and dismissive. To his credit, Brent got us a loaner car... but only after I tracked him down on a saturday. No apology. No explanation. In fact, in another phone call Brent told me I was out of line for asking why we were treated so poorly. There are plenty of other options out there - try one of them. More

This is the second vehicle I have acquired from BMW of West St. Louis. I leased a new BMW from this dealership 3 years ago. They did an excellent job with the lease process and service after that sale. I turned in the leased car and bought a used car this time. Kyle Ray made the lease turn in process quick and easy. He was extremely professional and friendly. Veronica Tran was my salesperson for this purchase. I cannot say enough good things about Veronica. I gave her a list of my needs and wants. Shortly after that she called me to let me know they just got a trade in she recommended that I come in to see before it was sold. I made an appointment and she went on the test drive with me. I loved the way the car handled. Plus, it was in great condition and had more features than I thought I would get in my desired price range. She did not hard sell me whatsoever. I knew when we got back from the test drive that it was perfect for me. I put down a deposit and made an appointment to return with paperwork for my loan application. Bob Whay, the finance manager, was fantastic. He checked with several lending sources and found an extremely favorable rate with a payment where I wanted it to be. I knew I wanted an extended warranty, tire & wheel coverage and GAP insurance. He explained what those covered and the benefits. The pricing was very reasonable, so it was a no brainer to get all three. Lastly, I don't want to leave out the managers, Brent Straub and Linzie Foster, and the owner, Craig Suntrup, All of them greeted me shortly after I arrived and made me feel valued as a customer. The entire dealership team at BMW of West St. Louis is top notch. You can be sure when the time comes to purchase my next car this dealership is where I will go. I have already referred a few friends to Veronica. It's rare to find a salesperson who is professional, fair, friendly and genuinely cares about her customers, but Veronica has all of those qualities. More
