I had the pleasure of driving a BMWX5 about a year ago for a weekend. Like anyone who has driven one I, too fell under its spell. This past Friday I picked up my beautiful X5..i've purchased dozen cars and I've never had a better experience. Jhonny was amazing and super helpful (however he no longer works there). However, five months down the road in my new-to-me car, many issues have come up. Upon the findings of the problems I started to trade in my car- this is when I found out that there was an accident reported that was not disclosed to me by BMW of West St. Louis. After trying to speak to the manager, there was no resolution to the problem. Over the course of a few weeks there were many non returned calls. After contacting corporate I received a very ignorant call from the sales manager who would speak over me, talk to me like I was a child, and couldn’t keep his story straight. I’m very displeased with the way I have been treated and am now waiting on a call back from the supervisor at BMW Corporate. More

Made a deal over text, they accepted my offer and I started the 3 hour drive after filling out my paperwork an Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Received a call wanting a extra 300.00 more then we agreed on...when I challenged Romni (not sure of spelling) on changing the agreed upon price he stated he would talk to his manager and call me back. When he called back it was to let me know the car wasn’t ready for pick up...needed new tires and he would make it right by delivering it to me and to not worry about the 300.00 that he would make things right. When he contacted me, it was via text to let me know they needed a extra 700.00 more then agreed upon. When I asked for a phone call I was ignored all day, I left voicemails and never had a returned call. The sales “manager” Brett ignored 3 voicemails from me. Extremely poor customer service or even just common respect. Definitely not brand right for BMW. I had amazing service at Autohaus BMW in STL and would highly recommend! More
