The service was fine, what I take issue with is that when I went to pay, I asked if there were any discounts/service specials that could be applied and was told that the prices are already discounted. After I paid and left, I looked online and there is in fact something that could have been applied: spend X and get X off. It would be a good business practice to have the promotions automatically kick in versus the customer doing the leg work. More
