Simon was argumentative and sarcastic. Daniel was courteous and informative, and patient, though, so it was a pleasure working with him. Daniel was courteous and informative, and patient, though, so it was a pleasure working with him. More

I recently brought my 2025 Toyota Hybrid SE to the Toyota service center in Kennesaw for the 15,000-mile maintenance. During the visit, a tire rotation was performed. After the service, I noticed fresh sc service center in Kennesaw for the 15,000-mile maintenance. During the visit, a tire rotation was performed. After the service, I noticed fresh scratches on my black alloy wheel, specifically around the lug nut area. These marks were not present before the service. The pattern of the scratches strongly suggests they were caused during the removal or tightening of the bolts, likely due to improper handling or excessive force. When I raised this concern, the service team insisted the scratches were already there and dismissed the issue as “common.” I find this response unacceptable. Damage to a vehicle during routine service should not be considered normal, especially at an authorized Toyota service center where customers expect professional care and accountability. Additionally, the service manager’s behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, which made the experience even more frustrating. I chose an authorized Toyota service center because I trust the brand and expect a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning, as I could receive similar—or better—care from a third-party service provider without risking damage to my vehicle. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both service quality and customer handling. More
