I purchased a new Miata that had issues with the appearance package install. I received a called from the GM personally wanting to assure me that it would be taken care of and he was willing to even appearance package install. I received a called from the GM personally wanting to assure me that it would be taken care of and he was willing to even replace my trunk with another one without the issue. I live 200 miles from there so arranged to get it looked at on my breakin oil change 1000 miles for me! Took it in and was given a loaner and the GM offered to pay for lunch for my wife and I while they worked on the car. Luckily driving a Miata anytime is always a pleasure so the 400 mile trip was at least enjoyable. I would definitely give this dealership a high rating from the Salesman on up everyone was great to work with. More

I never feel ripped off when I get service.
