This was also my very first time buying a car from a dealer. Jalyn made the experience easy, smooth, and as stress free as he could. I came to Jalyn with a list of key features I really needed and wanted in a new to me vehicle. Can we say badgering!. Brett is even will to leave a customer stranded cause their rental broke down. Then he will tell you to find a ride almost 100 miles away to get your car that is still not been pr customer stranded cause their rental broke down. Then he will tell you to find a ride almost 100 miles away to get your car that is still not been properly fixed. He is not kind and makes the customer feel like it is all their fault! Sorry my car is not fixed right and sorry your rental broke. Still not the customers fault and shouldn't ever be told to find a ride almost 100miles away! More
