I have been using this dealership for YEARS. This was my first experience with Jenn and she was amazing! I have worked with Scott for as many years back as I can remember. His knowledge of Wranglers gave us confidence in him and the vehicle. Brett was also great! His experience with a Jeep hybrid was nice as he told us about some things to know since we were first time hybrid owners. We have been bringing our Jeeps to this dealership for a long time and this Wrangler purchase experience ensures we will continue to come here. They need to understand the meaning of customer service. I waited for 2+ hours when my loan had already been approved by my bank but Andre insisted that I do it his way. He told me that banks don't unders I waited for 2+ hours when my loan had already been approved by my bank but Andre insisted that I do it his way. He told me that banks don't understand car loans and that's all that car dealerships do. Pretty sure banks know and understand car loans! While I waited for 2+ hours, I was not offered a beverage or anything. I was very sick and just wanted to go home. Was sent home with less than 1/4 tank of gas. The wiper blades on front and back were never checked to see if they were in good condition. I also called Mike and left him a couple of messages to return my call and never did. I finally asked the receptionist to connect me to him directly. When I finally got to speak to him on the phone, he had never even checked to see I had called or listened to my voicemail. If he hadn't listened to mine, who else did he not listen to voicemails or return calls. After finally being able to speak with Mike, I finally felt heard. He fixed my wipers and put in a full tank of gas along with putting in a service order to fix my heated steering wheel. But it shouldn't have taken that long. Those things should've been done right away. That is what good customer service is. More
