Our sales person, Mariana Russell, could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable, accessible and organized. We had very specific vehicle features that we were looking for and Mariana worked diligently to find a vehicle that was exactly what we wanted. When there were no matching cars in Luther’s inventory, she located the car we wanted at another dealer 200 miles away and arranged a dealer swap. The day after we picked our car up, she made herself available via FaceTime to answers any new questions we had. From the first call until I signed the final paperwork it was an amazing experience.
