I brought my 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat in to replace the rear brake pads and to rotate the tires. Brett proactively greeted me and checked me in. After the technician had a chance to evaluate the brake pads rear brake pads and to rotate the tires. Brett proactively greeted me and checked me in. After the technician had a chance to evaluate the brake pads, Brett informed me that there was sufficient brake pad thickness to wait until my next oil change. He saved me time and money on the visit. Thanks! More

Service advisor was exceptional, wait time for just oil change was not. I could clearly see my vehicle and watched the work from the area, an oil change should be the easiest service there is. While I did change was not. I could clearly see my vehicle and watched the work from the area, an oil change should be the easiest service there is. While I did appreciate the top off of washer fluid, and tire pressure adjustment (literally new tires put on the day before so didn't need adjustment) The actual oil change took forever. I was there with a scheduled appointment for 2pm and didn't get my car back until after 430pm. It just seemed very long, and watching them, it seems like you have over allocated your techs. More
