I had a blast! Krista has a great attitude and we clicked right away. She worked with me for about 6 months to get me into a new lease in the perfect car. She knew my personality and taste and found me a sassy, classy ride. Steven worked the numbers to get me in the price range I needed. And Steve had me sign on the new fancy computer screen that shows up on the desk. So cool. Brett is always so nice to me when I bring my car in for service. Always so helpful and kind. I loved chatting with Bob Sr while waiting for my paperwork. Great story about the cops and the Porsche. Too funny! Every time I'm in that dealership, I am greeted by everyone with a smile, an offer of something to drink or whatever I may need. That's why I keep coming back. More

Quick and easy. I had to get my oil changed, and I was a little over my mileage for the free services. They still gave me it! Dependable I have always liked my experience at Allen Nott Honda & Toyota, even way back in 1986 when I bought my first Honda (with my Dad's disapproval). I had I have always liked my experience at Allen Nott Honda & Toyota, even way back in 1986 when I bought my first Honda (with my Dad's disapproval). I had my first Honda for 13 years and I drove back and forth from Van Wert to Fort Wayne throughout the week and I then got a Toyota and had it 10 years. I enjoyed both and now I have another Toyota Camry. I have with this new Camry started going to Allan Nott for my regular maintenance and have received great service. I now go to Allan Nott service because over the years I have felt that women get taken advantage of because they don't know much about cars and what the mechanics are doing. I appreciate honest service. More

Compassion for Hurricane IRMA Evacuee My name is Kimberly Anderson and I purchased my 2007 Honda Pilot from Allan Nott Honda in 2007. On September 6, 2017 my son, two Shih-tzu's and my ca My name is Kimberly Anderson and I purchased my 2007 Honda Pilot from Allan Nott Honda in 2007. On September 6, 2017 my son, two Shih-tzu's and my cat evacuated Naples, Florida (where we have been living for the past eight years) to escape the wrath of Hurricane Irma. We drove 1300 miles in less than 24 hours straight from Naples, Florida to Ada, Ohio where my Parents live. My Honda Pilot now has more than 201,000 miles and has been a VERY reliable vehicle for me and my family. On Thursday, September 18th I drove into the Allan Nott Service Entrance WITHOUT an appointment and asked if Service could do an Oil Change, Check Fluids and inspect my Pilot since the "D" light (Drive) flashes erratic intermittently. Brett Condon, Service Advisor, was kind enough to squeeze me into the schedule and shuttled me over to Macy's too. After the Inspection, Brett Condon called to inform me that they "3rd Clutch Pressure Switch" needed to be replaced as well as a "3rd Brake Light Bulb". Knowing I only had a small amount of cash, pay day not coming soon enough, and wondering IF I will even HAVE a job when I return to Naples I asked Brett to just make a list of what I needed with an estimate and I would just have to get by as is for now. When I returned about an hour later, Brett Condon and his WONDERFUL AND COMPASSIONATE CREW had REPAIRED MY CAR AT NO CHARGE TO ME!!! I was so AMAZED and THANKFUL that Brett and his crew had BLESSED ME AND MY FAMILY with this GIFT!!! AND... Brett even TOPPED OFF MY GAS FOR ME!!! What?!?! Needless to say I was CRYING and so VERY THANKFUL for Allan Nott's WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES who went OVER AND ABOVE to help me and my Family displaced from Hurricane Irma!!! I cannot THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH!!! My Family and Pets are now staying with Family in Morehead, Kentucky, slowly headed South but still do not have power to the rental home that we have on 11th Street North in Naples, Florida. I am currently working over the phone and online for my boss and will plan to drive down to Naples AFTER our Electricity is restored. Please continue to PRAY for ALL those affected by Hurricane Harvey AND Hurricane Irma. It's going to be a LONG recovery. We were on our way home to Atlanta driving down I-75 just north of Lima Ohio when the engine service light appeared on the dash, joined by a considerable loss of power to the vehicle (Odyssey). This occurred in the early evening on Friday and the dealership service area had closed. Tom guided us to the dealership for repairs to commence first thing in the morning, provided us with a temporary rental car and as well directed us to a local hotel for the evening stay. Brett took car of things thereafter and commenced a quick repair of the van first thing in the morning. We were back on our way before 10:30am.
