My daughter gos in for a transmission fluid changed asked them if they was going to change the external trans filter got told car dosen't have one cause he was to lazy to look I sent her with the Part number them if they was going to change the external trans filter got told car dosen't have one cause he was to lazy to look I sent her with the Part number for the filter and told her to tell him it's on backside of transmission..he tells her it's fake..after he snaps her hood plum off of car and throws it in back seat off her 2010 civic..charged her $119 for fluid change and sent her on her way..I tried to call up there and couldn't even talk to nobody. Like a ghost town. I will be putting this review every where I can and letting all my friends and family know how you do business..parts fake you have got to be joking..do better hire real mechanics.. More

In addition to a series of unfortunate events, I walked into Allan Nott overwhelmed and anxious. Misty greeted me with the biggest smile and began small talk about music and children (taking my mind off of my worries). She is awesome and soooo nice! Ray J greeted me as a friend and not a client. He listened to all my concerns, needs, and wants. We looked at several options and he never once led me to believe that I was taking too long to make a decision. He was very patient as charismatic. During down time, another sales associate (Damien I believe), also kept checking on my well being by offering water, and telling jokes to kill the time. He was very helpful since it was really hot. Steve in finance was straightforward. He said he wanted to help me and he was going to make it happen. He was able to keep me within my same payment range for an upgraded vehicle!! Brett was very professional in getting my husband and I acquainted with the new car and answered all of my questions. I have now purchased 2 cars from Allan Nott and both times walked away with ZERO buyer’s remorse!!! Allan Nott-My family car dealer!! More
