They got us back on the road! A problem wth the air conditioner caused the car to overheat while we were driving north on I-75 south of Lima, Ohio. We called Allan Nott Honda Toyo A problem wth the air conditioner caused the car to overheat while we were driving north on I-75 south of Lima, Ohio. We called Allan Nott Honda Toyota and talked with Brett, who said, "Ask for Brett when you get here." At that point we didn't know what was causing the car to overheat. The car was towed to the dealership. Brett worked us into the schedule, with only a short wait. After a mechanic looked at the car and diagnosed the problem, Brett explained the problem and outlined the options in a very professional and courteous manner. Fortunately, we didn't need to replace the air conditioner and within 3 hours we were back on the road. The waiting area was very comfortable and all staff were very friendly. Thank you to Brett and the rest of the staff at Allan Nott. I wish I had the name of the mechanic who did the actual repair work on the car! More

Great place for getting a car and car detailing They go about a whole two liter of soda out of my carpets and the cat hair too. Service I've done business with Brett for many years and he has always done an excellent job for me. I'll miss him when he goes to the other side of the house I've done business with Brett for many years and he has always done an excellent job for me. I'll miss him when he goes to the other side of the house! I recently had service done on my 2003 Avalon that has over 210,000 miles on it , as there were several items that needed addressed. After the work was completed in a timely fashion I came to pick up the car,which I did. As I looked over the bill it seemed that it was considerably higher than anticipated, but I payed it and drove on my way. However, when I got home I reviewed some estimates that I had received a few days earlier and noticed that one item seemed to be way out of line. Therefore , I returned to the service department and talked with Dan Ginter and he meticulously checked each item carefully and discovered that I had been overcharged, inadvertently I might add, for that one item. The overcharge was quickly resolved. I very much appreciated the professional and courteous way Dan took care of my problem. Thanks, Brett and Dan for giving excellent service. Also Merry Chritmas and Happy New Year!!!! ?? More

Service is always great! I bought my 2010 Prius through Sales Person Lisa Williams. She has been kind and helpful to me since the day I bought my vehicle. Every 5,000 miles I bought my 2010 Prius through Sales Person Lisa Williams. She has been kind and helpful to me since the day I bought my vehicle. Every 5,000 miles I visit the service department for either tire rotation or oil changes. The service personnel are always very professional and helpful. The service on my vehicle is done in a timely manner and I appreciate the check point service they provide at each visit. I always highly recommend Allan Nott to friends and family. Recently I took a Japanese friend to Allan Nott for a recall on her Honda. We enjoyed coffee and hot chocolate as we waited. Bob White stopped to speak with us as we visited the showroom. He spoke to her at length and made her feel welcome to Alan Nott and to our country. More
