We were disappointed with the whole experience. We were not offered any incentives. Ask for the truck to be cleaned, was only ran through car wash, windows not cleaned, tires looked as if a child who was learning to finger paint did them. We have bought vehicles from Lima Auto Mall in the past I'm not sure we would do business with them again. I realize this truck is a 2024 but the service we received was less than respectable. Especially with this being a return buyer and to be at this time of year December. The dealership should be ashamed of the quality of sales and service they offer to the public. More
