Having to replace a vehicle is never an easy process. However, I had stopped it probably a handful or so dealerships prior to coming to stoops automotive. The gentleman I had the pleasure of working with is Brett Estes, and he did everything and I courteous and professional manner and helping me connect with what would become my new truck. The stoops staff is the first time I have come to a car dealer where I do not feel pressured or forced into doing something I’m not certain I am willing to go through with. They are also more than willing to let you take whichever vehicle you’re interested in for a test drive or even a second time if you like! If you’re looking for somewhere to purchase a vehicle that welcomes you, sit down with you, listen to what you’re looking for, and do whatever it takes to make sure you walk out of there with the best deal possible, you’ve come to the right place. As for Mr. Estes, if you’re looking for a relatable easy-going honest individual looking to put you in the right car, talk to this man.
