2020 stelvio I was wary coming into the dealership because my previous experience was that luxury car salesmen are snooty or greasy. Thankfully, Mason was neither I was wary coming into the dealership because my previous experience was that luxury car salesmen are snooty or greasy. Thankfully, Mason was neither. I asked lots and lots of questions and he rapid-fired answers. I couldn’t stump him on anything. He’s an Encyclopedia Masonica. When I asked tough questions, he responded in way that felt thoughtful and fair. His deft swipes at competitors were knowledgeable-based not bomb throwing. This made me trust him. But more than anything it was Mason’s love of cars that swayed me. He gushed over Alfa and boyishly giggled when I hit the accelerator. I felt like he was sharing his love not selling me a chunk of metal. His positive energy made the buying process enjoyable. He was also professional, diligent and personable. But that’s the easy stuff. Without this type of buying experience, I doubt I would gone though with the purchase. I came into the dealership on a lark but found that I just couldn’t not buy. During the wait period, I continued to get good communication. It’s always memorable to me how a business responds after the sale and they hit the mark here too. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. Now I get to enjoy my new Alfa. Vroom vroom. More
