We were visiting from out of state and we threw a code and had a bucking transmission. They took our truck and claimed to have replaced a part. They didn’t. Truck had the same problem but driving it in to and had a bucking transmission. They took our truck and claimed to have replaced a part. They didn’t. Truck had the same problem but driving it in tow mode allowed the transmission to avoid hybrid mode which our dealer in Florida easily diagnosed and fixed. This company lied about the repair. More
