He stepped up when there was a small problem with the deal numbers and worked quickly to fix the issue. Myles walked me through what is the most technologically complex car I've ever owned. He worked with me on my level, never talking down to me or making unwarranted assumptions about what I did or did not understand. He was thorough, covering the entire vehicle. Overall, a great experience. This is the third new BMW I've purchased from this dealership. Their CAs and SAs are top notch - I'll keep coming back.
