This was our second purchase dealing with Mary Bevan, and we specifically wanted to work with her this time around, based on our original experience. Mary is quite knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She was extremely attentive, spending considerable time with us to make sure we got appropriate information, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Mary has a patient quality and an ability to explain car-related features without pressuring, which is very appealing in a potentially stressful situation such as buying a car. We highly appreciate her expertise and kindness, and we would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. We also dealt directly with Brian Smith, who guided us through the financial aspects professionally and competently. During the process, Brett Herrington, the site manager, came over and thanked us personally for our business. As a final step, Kamel Whirley explained in detail the operation of the phone. We drove 45 minutes from home to work with this agency when we could have gone to a dealer much closer. Matt McComb spent lots of time making sure we understood how our new car works and gave us his cell phone number in case we had any questions. Prestige also has a program where they have you come back a few weeks after the purchase to met with a special rep who will answer all your questions and concerns about the new car and then they give you a $50. Gas card. First time we ever heard of that perk. More
