When I was test driving the vechicle he provided me with the drive and dine package for Lincoln which was a super nice touch and had no expectations attached to it. After test driving many vechicles I had decided on the MKX. Joe was super responsive and efficient on ordering the vechicle exactly how I wanted and after that was complete sent me away with another small token of appreciation. I was blown away at their attention to surprise and delight their customers. I was switching over a lease vechicle and when it came time to do all the paper work...Jenny was very detailed and made it so easy for me to get all the proper pieces of paper work together. Brett even drove over with us to make sure everything got switched over right at the insurance company. All and all the whole team at capital was amazing to deal with! More

Excellent Dealership I had looked at a few vehicles on Capitals website and decided what type of vehicle I wanted and what was within my budget, the photos and vehicle det I had looked at a few vehicles on Capitals website and decided what type of vehicle I wanted and what was within my budget, the photos and vehicle details help a lot in understanding what you are purchasing/comparing. I went into the store an hour before closing on a Saturday but the staff didn't treat me any different than if I had been there first thing in the morning (I wasn't rushed and they were snarly about closing time). The dealership let me take a vehicle over the weekend to try it out and from that experience I was sold on the type of vehicle I wanted. I returned Monday after work compared a few different vehicles and their features with no pressure or hassle/nagging to decide. Once I decided what I wanted to spend my money on the process was clearly explained to me, the warranty, the taxes, the financing, everything in detail and I do appreciate details especially when it comes to finance. Since then I have had to return to pick up a floor mat for the back of the vehicle that was back-ordered and the service was friendly, prompt and expedited. I have found nothing to complain about with this dealership. With the selection of new and used cars I think it would be impossible to spend a weekend looking at vehicles and not walk away with something you are proud to own and you won’t feel cheated or pressured into a vehicle, feature, or upgrade that you didn’t want. I think Capital knows that their inventory and pricing sells itself and their staff is mainly there to help you be satisfied rather than to push product. It’s an excellent approach to sales, and one that I will be visiting in the future for my family’s vehicle needs. Thanks Capital Ford Lincoln! More
