Had a great experience with five star ford and especially with Shawn Khan. Great truck buying experience. No pressure stress free and not pushy, was pretty easy. This was without a doubt the easiest experience I've ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. I found what I wanted online and was contacted by a wonderful salesperson, Joe Crawford, who emailed me a video o had when purchasing a new vehicle. I found what I wanted online and was contacted by a wonderful salesperson, Joe Crawford, who emailed me a video of the Bronco I wanted which was super helpful. I did my homework prior to calling Joe and made my appointment to take a test drive. I was at the dealership 30 minutes later and the Bronco was washed, AC was on and I was taking it for a spin. Joe was never pushy throughout the process and quickly showed me what my options were. I left that evening to think it over and after a few texts the next day, I returned to solidify my purchase. The financing process with Brett Ingersoll was just as pleasant and he took the time to show me several options and discuss what would likely be best for me. My experience with Five Star Ford was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends! More
