We went to the Ontario Audi dealership and met with Audi Brand Sp We were in the market for an upscale SUV and had decided to look first at the Audi. We went to the Ontario Audi dealership and met with Audi Brand Specialist, Zachary White. We discussed with Zachary what we were looking for, a Q5, he showed us a Premium Plus model that we test drove. The car had the exterior/interior color combination we wanted and several options already included. Zachary made us feel very comfortable by answering all of our questions and never made us feel pressured to make a purchase. It was like talking to a friend, very relaxed, no pressure at all. We purchased the car and everyone involved with all the paperwork, etc. were all very helpful, great personalities, all made the purchase painless. We would definitely recommend Audi Ontario. More

Unbelievable Horrible Service! This has been the worse experience I have done with any dealership! THESE PEOPLE LIED TO ME! I take back my original review I had a different thought This has been the worse experience I have done with any dealership! THESE PEOPLE LIED TO ME! I take back my original review I had a different thought of them before they LIED and got me a car that they gave me hopes for. I came in thinking that everything was done, yeah right these people LIED in the contract and said that I made more money annually just so they can get the sale. After I had told them what I made monthly!! I CANT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE! They called to tell me to return the car ASAP because I don't make the 11,000 a month they said I made monthly! The only solution they provided was that I had to go all the way to Ontario and return their car and that people will get fired for this! Now they want to give me my old car back and they say " Oh it wont effect your credit" So I communicated with the people that help me and the only thing that they said to me was that they have the right to rescind the lease so take it back before the end of day today! They did not want to deal with me and said to call the managers since its my fault I LIED for this car. I had made arrangements to ensure these payments went smoothly and now today comes and the other cars payment is due and I have to pay it! DO NOT Believe these people Specially ROSE! she only wants the sale!! Worse Worse Worse experience ever! At least when I went to Mercedes Benz they were honest with me! More

If you don't want to go through the hassle of dealing and feeling uncomfortable browsing around on your own. This dealer is the place you need to go! My sales - Amin gave us space during the time we were browsing the cars, he was very professional at explaining, introducing, and providing great service to us when we asked. Getting the deal you want is never a pleasant phase in the process of purchasing a car, however, it was not that bad for us.
