Absolutely Amazing! This was my first time buying a new car and I had always been hesitant to go through a dealership because of the horror stories we always here about b This was my first time buying a new car and I had always been hesitant to go through a dealership because of the horror stories we always here about being "stalked" through the parking lot and being pushed to buy something that was out of your price range. Obviously, those people had never worked with Brett before! I had visited the dealership 8 months before to see what was available and what I would be looking for but I wasn't ready to make up my mind yet and Brett understood and was incredibly patient in waiting that 8 months for me to finally be ready to buy! I emailed him with what I wanted and in less than 30 minutes he had emailed me back letting me know he was going to get me some options, within 24 hours of the first email, he had helped me find my new car, all I had to do was test drive it to be sure and I took home my car that day! I will be telling everyone that is in the market for a new vehicle to go see Brett and I will be coming back anytime I need anything!! More

We went inside and told the receptionist that we knew exactly what we wanted and needed to talk to a salesman. She called over Brett and I'm glad she did. He listened to us and got the Wrangler right away for us to test drive. After the test drive we were sold and he got the deal in motion right away. The positive experience and accommodating service we had at Summit with Brett, the the other salesman/buyer, the finance officer and the owner brought us back to buy a second vehicle soon after. I highly recommend this dealership for their selection, customer service and an overall enjoyable car buying experience. *My nine yr. daughter even enjoyed the experience.... the receptionist offered her cookies, she explored the play room and watched TV while the deal was being finalized.
