Very disappointed at sales team for pushing me to buy a maintenance package that wasn't cheap at all, to the discover it covers the bear minimum and apparently the lowest quality oil... Not sure if oil cha maintenance package that wasn't cheap at all, to the discover it covers the bear minimum and apparently the lowest quality oil... Not sure if oil changes are every 5K, 8 or 10.. I have read multiple places and each one says something different More

The service area of greenway Kia west is inconsiderate of their guests which makes Kia in general look bad as a whole. I had an appointment last week for a service to be done & was told 45 minutes after wait their guests which makes Kia in general look bad as a whole. I had an appointment last week for a service to be done & was told 45 minutes after waiting that the part is not in house. Today I had the rescheduled appointment & arrived early & my car still had not been serviced after waiting two hours & being contacted by salesman which is a disturbance. I texted the Kia number asking if my car had been started & no reply. When I started to walk up to desk he immediately replied to me the text saying no. I also saw many service boys giggling when I requested to leave as if they purposely wanted me upset. I have left a good review previously of this dealership online but this will be erased & corporate will be contacted along with additional external third parties. I have received bad service from a previous Kia & I am done with Kia in general after this I will switch makes of my car now. More

Service damaged my rear bumper. They made me miss time from work to drop off and pick up. Now picking up all they had done to it was sanded down and sprayed some clear coat.
