Mike the service manager, shop foreman, and clay, service writer. Listened to me when I described my problem on my 2020 Edge. I left it overnight and returned the next morning to ride with the shop service writer. Listened to me when I described my problem on my 2020 Edge. Much to my surprise I received a call from Clay telling me the the vehicle was finished. Upon arrival to pick it up, clay went over the repair and affected service bulletin used to correct the issue. To date the vehilce has performed as expected with no further problems. I have all my service work performed at this dealership on both my Ford products and see no reason to change now. More
