Our salesperson, Ty, was on the spot. I appreciate a salesperson who knows his product inside and out. I bought a 2022 Lincoln Corsair and had one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Despite an 830+ credit score, their finance manager stuck me with a 7.1% interest rate — completely unreasonable. They also promised to replace a broken door switch and perform an ozone treatment because the car was infested with ants at purchase. After that, no one from Englewood Ford ever called me back. I called multiple times over several days, left messages, and never got a straight answer. When I asked for a full Ford software-based diagnostic, they gave me a short checklist instead and pretended not to know what I meant. The real diagnostic reveals deeper issues that only technicians can see — make sure you ask for it before buying any vehicle here. Once they make the sale, customer service disappears. Englewood Ford needs to be held accountable for poor communication, false promises, and questionable financing practices. More
