Started the journey with Angel who made it easy with my schedule to say I could just “stop by” when I could and I did. Sista and I met with Chris Antone who listened to me and put me in a Hyundai Tucson SE schedule to say I could just “stop by” when I could and I did. Sista and I met with Chris Antone who listened to me and put me in a Hyundai Tucson SEL to test drive. He and Sista compared notes as to my longing for the days of Manual shifting and CD music and things being plain and simple. Soon Sista and I were introduced to Mike, looking for a car for me. There was also Brian from the service center and Andrew in Sales looking on. Chris and I bonded over our love of the furry kids, as Sista apologized to everyone for my pre WWII philosophy. Most all these gentlemen have furries too! Some even remember clutches and manual transmission. Chris was great at making me feel at easy, as, yes I was nervous and despite my researching I started thinking my HHR was a safe option. My last vehicle was purchased 8/30/2009 and is still road worthy, but I felt it was finally time to pass her on to family and get me something new. Chris was the PERFECT person for me and I told him but I TRULY do THANK HIM for his patience and humor, especially when he said there was a FREE AM/FM radio in the car already!! The Central Auto Group Dealership in Plainfield, CT really is a HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE!! Lastly, the party was winding down and I met with Peter to painlessly sign and initial everything. Then Chris walked us to my new acquisition and set everything up for me so I can call Sista hands-free now. Where was my sister during all this activity? Well, Chris requested I bring the kids with us to the dealership. He wanted to meet them and they also enjoyed smelling a new place and meeting new and friendly people too under their Auntie’s watchful eye. Then Handsome and Daisey got into their new car like it was home to them and away we went. It as a great ride home and Sista was happy for me too! Thank you to all involved making my experience a successful one. More

Andrew offered to run numbers for me to see if my better credit would get my car in my name. I love the Hyundai Elantra and ended up making the trade for a black N Line. I love that the car has all of the features I was missing in my current vehicle and that is what made the sale. I will always be a Hyundai girl for the warranty and the product. Andrew was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during the buying process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase. Good Afternoon! For the past 4-5 weeks I have been working with Salesman Chris Antone. Attempting to purchase a KONA for my wife. Chris would always either call, le For the past 4-5 weeks I have been working with Salesman Chris Antone. Attempting to purchase a KONA for my wife. Chris would always either call, leave a voice mail or email me to keep me updated on vehicle availability. KONA's are very hard to maintain on the lot due to when them arrive at the dealership they leave the lot purchased quickly. Recently, my wife wanted to consider purchasing a TUCSON. We had the opportunity to test drive a very sweet 2023 AWD with a extremely attractive blue. We made the purchase yesterday, November 7, 2022. Paperwork was quickly completed and sale finalized. Chris did not ever pressure me/us to make a purchase. He was available, professional and supportive throughout the 4-5 week process. This Friday, November 11, 2022 we will take possession of the vehicle. We look forward to enjoying the vehicle for many years to come. I am also an owner of a very fine 2017 Santa Fe.
