Over time the quality of service has continued to deteriorate and has caused additional frustration that wasn’t present when I began using your dealership back in 2010. I believe the service techs ar deteriorate and has caused additional frustration that wasn’t present when I began using your dealership back in 2010. I believe the service techs are doing there best to assist but as a whole I’m less impressed with the attention to detail and will be considering taking my business to another location. More

Brian did great at communicating and keeping me in the loop. However the initial appt that I called in to make, the dealership scheduled me on a day it was actually closed. Didn’t know that until I arrive loop. However the initial appt that I called in to make, the dealership scheduled me on a day it was actually closed. Didn’t know that until I arrived to drop it off. This was my first time using the dealership. At my appointment the second try was given a turn around time that ended up being double the original time and “promise date”. More
