This service was fine, but I'm going to give a bad review here for a service call that happened in Jan 2025. I took my Jeep in to determine why I had a leak in my windshield. It was going to take few days to here for a service call that happened in Jan 2025. I took my Jeep in to determine why I had a leak in my windshield. It was going to take few days to figure out so they offered to rent me a car from enterprise car rentals (they don't give you a courtesy car there, they rent you a car). I reluctantly took the rental with the verbal agreement that I wouldnt have to pay for any charges. Once assured, I took the rental. My car sat in their shop for a couple of days, they hadn't gotten to it. We had a severe snow storm coming that I needed my jeep for (wife needed it for work). I called them to get my jeep back. I returned the rental, got my jeep, and a month later, I was charged by enterprise for the rental. I disputed the charge, got my money back, but now I'm getting letters from enterprise that I owe them the money for the rental. I've tried contacting the dealership (their accounting department) a couple of times, but they never returned my call. Anyway, I'm confident that if I were to go to the dealer, if I asked them to pay for this rental (like they told me they were doing in the first place), they would give me runaround over it. This leaves me with the option of leaving a bad review. If they reach out and offer to pay the $155.25 for the rental they said they would pay for, I will happily revert this bad review. Until then, it stays. More

I would give ZERO stars if possible! ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I took my car in for a temperature gauge replacement. They had it for 3 days. Once we picked it up, the air condition ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I took my car in for a temperature gauge replacement. They had it for 3 days. Once we picked it up, the air conditioning stopped working, due to an error on their part. We had to take it back in, and wait again, with no reply when we requested to speak to someone! I’m so frustrated with the error they made and the lack of communication!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! More

I brought my car in with specifics concerns and told none of the concerns were found although I had a picture of the oil leak. My car sat for 5 days before it was even looked at and I was never given a loane of the concerns were found although I had a picture of the oil leak. My car sat for 5 days before it was even looked at and I was never given a loaner car although I was specifically told loaners are always available when I bought my Wagoneer and I requested one. Although no one found anything wrong with my Jeep, they did recommend $1900 worth of fluids and belts (on a one year old vehicle). The techs, however, said it was in excellent condition. When I came to pick my Wagoneer up, I had to wait 35 minutes for someone to “bring it up top” with the keys. I won’t be returning. I had a similar experience when I was looking to buy my car which is why I bought it in Lee’s Summit. More

Brought truck in for oil change and asked if it could be inspected. He said an inspection came with oil change. Asked if it needed brakes could they do it that day. He said he would let me know once inspection was completed. I got a text that my truck was ready, when I got there Brian quickly checked me out never saying anything about brakes. I did not get an inspection report and when I asked about it he said I guess the tech didnt fill out the sheet. Leaving me I. The dark about my brakes. Now I have to go somewhere else to get a inspection done. More
