Loaner car had to be towed I dropped off my car to get the timing belt changed and I was given a loaner car. I drove to work (10am) and when I went to leave work (5pm) one of th I dropped off my car to get the timing belt changed and I was given a loaner car. I drove to work (10am) and when I went to leave work (5pm) one of the tires was completely flat and there was no spare tire in the trunk. I had to get a tow truck to bring the loaner back to the dealership (my car was already ready) and then by the time I got to the dealership it was almost 8pm. I understand that the tire going flat was most likely out of anyone’s control but I would have saved sooo much time if I would have had a spare tire. More

Disappointed Very bad service. Went in to get oil change and tire rotation the first time and they tried to sell us a tire because they said a nail was in the side Very bad service. Went in to get oil change and tire rotation the first time and they tried to sell us a tire because they said a nail was in the side of the tire and couldn’t be repaired. Took the car somewhere else and they patched up the tire with no problem. Lokey would not do the tire rotation because we wouldn’t let them replace the tire. Also asked them to wash the car and they didn’t. Brought back the car a second time for a tire rotation and a problem with the radio. Once again, they neglected to rotate the tires and also didn’t wash the car again after asking them to. Left a message with the manager on August 29th and never received a call back. Very disappointed because we have purchased two brand new cars here and have not had any problems with the service in the past. More
