He called my warranty company and got all repair costs covered. The work took a few days to complete but Brian was sure to call me with any updates and even gave me a loaner car for the time I was without my car. Very pleased with Lokey Volkswagen and their awesome customer service. More

The sales people are knowledgeable, and are able to "dumb things down" for me when explaining what needs done with my vehicle (I'm not very car saavy, so when they're able to simply explain things to me, it assures me that I am not being taken advantage of!) Prices are reasonable, loyalty is respected, and they are always prioritizing my time, needs, and comfort. Would recommend anyone interested in a VW to come here - you'll have a dedicated team to take care of you for the life of your car. More
