LokeyVW-Ready,willing,and able to work for their customers. I had to have my car towed to Lokey VW for reasons beyond my understanding. ie: Engine wouldn't turn over. I had it towed by AAA and dropped off at th I had to have my car towed to Lokey VW for reasons beyond my understanding. ie: Engine wouldn't turn over. I had it towed by AAA and dropped off at the service department. The employee met me and the tow truck driver and said that they (Lokey staff) would take care of it and get back to me with the results, and to have a good day. I contacted Lokey VW later that day to check on the progress, praying that it wouldn't be much ($) and easy to fix. Well, the employee replied, "we couldn't find anything wrong with the car. We started it, took it for a ride, checked out the diagnostics and nothing showed up, everything looked fine. You can pick up your car anytime." We hung up, I was puzzled to say the least. I went to pick up my car, they gave me my key, bid me good day and sent me on my way. Much thanks goes out to Lokey VW staff for caring for their customers. More

Recall issue Went in for a air bag recall. They scheduled me for 8:30am. Confirmed the day before via text messaging. Great. I arrived at the dealership 8:05am. W Went in for a air bag recall. Was told it would take 1 hour to 1.5 hours to repair. i decided to wait. around 10:00am i noticed my car outside. I asked the service guy if my car is ready he said no its inside. So at 10:15 he said the car is ready. A man pulled the car up and i asked him why is the car wet? He didn't understand so i asked the service guy. he snapped back at me they washed it. Well the skylight was open i said. Now all water is inside the car and this is a hardtop convertible with sensitive components to water. The service guy said ill just wipe it down... left with water dripping from the roof. They also stated that they TOPPED OFF ALL FLUIDS. They didn't as i purposely left the windshield fluid low and took out some antifreeze from the reservoir. THEY CHECKED NOTHING. More
