Best service so far I needed to have service done and the staff helped get me in on a time that I could do without leaving work. They are super thoughtful and considerate I needed to have service done and the staff helped get me in on a time that I could do without leaving work. They are super thoughtful and considerate of your time and needs. Very friendly staff on my wait there nearly every staff member stopped and asked me how I was doing and if I need anything like water and refreshments available in the waiting area. Never had a bad experience at lokey and never will. More

No communication I totally realize everyone is busy and consider myself an understanding person. However, when I brought my leased Volkswagen in on a Wednesday morning I totally realize everyone is busy and consider myself an understanding person. However, when I brought my leased Volkswagen in on a Wednesday morning and was told my service advisor would call me that day, I never heard from anyone. Then Thursday I get a voicemail and realize upon listening that it was my reminder for my upcoming appointment on Friday. Yet clearly I had already rescheduled- my car had already been there 24 hours! Then, when I call to verify that everything was straightened out, I was told again my service advisor would call me. Again, never heard from anyone. Now it's Friday. I call for an update (initially I was told all this would take no more than 24 hours and we are over 48 with NO update) and can't get through to ANYONE! Had to call multiple times and sit on hold whole at work- some glitch in phone system- only to be told when I finally get someone that I will have to wait for an update from my service advisor. Yes, the same service advisor that was supposed to contact me Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning. And now he's the only one who can tell me if my car can be picked up (3 days later). Again, I know things happen and i can be very patient but with no communication there's no chance for understanding just frustration. I truly LOVE my atlas but i will do everything in my power never to return to this service department. (Ps I have literally never left a bad review because I feel too bad and trust me, this is legit) More

Can't remember his name but he's the young guy on the end bay. I think his name is Chad but not sure. He done awesome job on my dark chocolate 2012 Volkswagen passat. I will continue to send people to him when there Volkswagen needs service. And to the sales team I'm so happy I came to Lokey for my car instead of going somewhere else. Thanks Lokey Volkswagen.
