Brian took over all of my concerns! Visiting Volkswagen Dealer Clearwateri I was there to check the fan the engine start/stop switch and the service personnel went out their way to service the car as soon as it was possible I was there to check the fan the engine start/stop switch and the service personnel went out their way to service the car as soon as it was possible .i was very please with the service and the education provided. Stay on top of everything Brian was wonderful to work with and did everything he could to help me out. However they had my car for about a year and they couldnt find the root c Brian was wonderful to work with and did everything he could to help me out. However they had my car for about a year and they couldnt find the root cause of my issues. They put bandaids on the problem and it wasnt until i was out of my warrenty that the found the root cause. Brian understood my position and was able to help negotiate the price down for me. He is a true customer adcocate, but after taking my car there 7 times over 15 months, it worries me that other issues were overlooked and not caught. Also ask for a report of all error codes your car throws, apparently they dont keep copies of this and these errors can be erased to look like the car never had the issue. Brain does good work but he is limited by his manager who makes me questions this companys integrity. Overall you have to be your own advocate and ask for proof of everything as its happening since they dont keep records. Also my airbags were replaced due to a recall, but now my liner is pealing away from where the airbags are. They told me this was normal wear and tear, but if they have to remove the pieces holding the linning in place to get to the airbage.. how is that normal wear and tear? This is the better of the the dealerships ive dealt with during my 15 years as a vw owner and 3rd vw. These issues seem to be a culture across the company, which is why I wont buy another vw. However if you have to go to a dealership, this is one of the better ones. And you wnat Brian as your guy. The other are non responsive in my past experiences and Brian is always willing to keep you in the loop and walk you through things. He truely is the saving grace of Lokey. More

Poor wirkmanship After less than 100 miles from being serviced I had to return the car because the engine was running poorly. This was found to be the result of slopp After less than 100 miles from being serviced I had to return the car because the engine was running poorly. This was found to be the result of sloppy workmanship, (the air filter cover was not secured correctly after the filter was serviced) and the fuel pump was damaged by the cover moving. Absolutly no responsibility was accepted by Lokey and I had to pay a bill of almost $1,000, not satisfactory in any way. More
