Nothing special here. Friendly, but no deals on target car or trade in. Lowest trade in ever. And we gave them two checks, one to cash and one to hold. The cashed both and we went into overdraft at the bank. Blamed it on "new help", but that doesn't cover lack of process. Even a sticky note or an envelope would have worked. To their credit they made it up and covered the overdraft charges, but it just seems sloppy and careless. More
