Kim made my experience absolutely amazing especially given my "unique" sale that wound up happening in the end. So super friendly, kind and helpful. This is the worst car purchase experience of my life. We a new truck 5 days ago for $92,000 and it has broken down at one point or another every day since. The salesman was good until we signed, then not very helpful. The sales manager has offered virtually nothing to help with us. Other dealers along our path have been far greater help. Avoid Lithia Ford in Boise. They don’t care at all about loyal Ford customers. More

I have been going to Lithia Ford for over 16 years. I have been working with Kim Luy and Logan Bird for all this time. I have personally purchased over 15 vehicles. Friends, family and coworkers have I have been working with Kim Luy and Logan Bird for all this time. I have personally purchased over 15 vehicles. Friends, family and coworkers have purchased over 60 vehicles in this time frame as well. I personally was amazed with Kim Luy friendliness, helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile to answer my questions no matter how small or obscure they were from my first visiting 2006 to my last on 04/04/2023. She would frequently involve Logan Bird in my quest for knowledge(or to be honest just to satiate curiosity). They have a wonderful interpersonal dynamic when it comes to working with customers and make you feel welcomed and relaxed when researching a car to buy. I was never hurried or pressured during my sales experience. They always responded quickly when I was seeking support for the new cars after a sale. Everything I said above was experienced by my family as well as friends that bought vehicles from them. I have not known Gennadiy Barbin as long as Kim and Logan but for the past several buying experiences he has been friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable. He made filling out the paperwork mostly painless(always a little pain in paperwork. lol) Overall thank you everyone that helped us over the years at Lithia Ford. Especially the service department. Too many people to remember them all but I've never had a bad experience or felt rushed at Lithia. As long as I live in Boise they will be were I go to buy a new vehicle and get it serviced. More
