This is my second vehicle purchase from Metro Ford. I was very pleased both times with the lack of xx (or 'B.S.') and no hidden fees that could drive up the cost. I contacted them online, and they were very prompt in contacting me and answered all my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by many of the staff and asked if I needed any help, but they were not pushy. I took the vehicle for a test drive and asked if they had a problem with me stopping by my mechanic's shop for an inspection of the vehicle. They had no problems with it, and all went well at the shop. When I sat down with my salesman, he presented me with the price I expected from their website and a document fee. I was happy with this and purchased the vehicle and am very satisfied with my purchase and glad I came back for a second vehicle purchase. More

Firstly, it doesn’t take 3 and a half hours for an oil change. Secondly, I set the appointment for an oil change with a non-Ford vehicle. When I set the appointment, I asked the representative if the filt change. Secondly, I set the appointment for an oil change with a non-Ford vehicle. When I set the appointment, I asked the representative if the filter would be there since it wasn’t a ford vehicle. The representative said it “wouldn’t be a problem, I will order one for you.” Come to find out, they never ordered the filter. After two hours of waiting I decided to call and ask about the vehicle. The person I talked to said, “I need about 15-20 more minutes, they’re finishing it now”. 30 minutes later, I arrive at the dealership. Guess what, vehicle not ready. “Sorry man, 20 minutes”. Another 30 went by, “we don’t have your filter yet, we are waiting for it to come in”. I ask, “what happened to having it ordered?”. The service person said, “we sent a guy to get one”. Mind you, this was 3 hours AFTER I dropped the vehicle off, AFTER being told multiple times, ‘15 to 20 minutes’. So after demanding a rental vehicle from them to leave the dealership, 45 minutes after I get a phone call saying the vehicle is ready. Before anything else, the rental car was DISGUSTING. The carpets were dirty, the tire pressure was low on two of the tires, the window washer fluid light was on, this rental was in bad shape. So after finally arriving back at the dealership, the excuse was, “well, there was another Nissan in today for an oil change so your filter was used for that car”. I’ve worked in customer service enough to know when I’m being lied to. This was a slap in the face. If you knew TWO vehicles being serviced that day were Nissan’s why would you NOT order two filters. This was the most DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL I have EVER been treated with vehicles. Would NOT recommend even THINKING about buying a vehicle from here. All they want is money from you and nothing else. More

When i first showed up i was greeted by a very nice worker. i explained her all my problems and she was very understanding. my vehicle still has warranty, so all services will be completely free until worker. i explained her all my problems and she was very understanding. my vehicle still has warranty, so all services will be completely free until the time expires or i reach a certain mileage. i got my truck last year with 9 miles on the dash, so i still have a while to go before my warranty expires. She gave me the total cost of the services and clarified that i WOULD NOT pay a dime but it was policy that she had to give me a price. I understood & agreed, they took my truck and did service on it. fast forward 3 hours after waiting they made me pay ~$64 dollars AND i used up ~$30 worth of ford points for this service. I asked the person why am i paying? and she said I’m paying for the service that they did. this was the first time i’ve came to metro ford for a service & left super unsatisfied. I went to bob moore on 89th & i-35 and they explained everything in detail got a full service and didn’t pay a dime. Please be clear about whether a customer will pay or not. More
