I have had my car 3 months and has been in service twice for tire issues. I have yet another issue with the tire and have been waiting 2 weeks for a loaner vehicle so they can take my car for a 3rd time. No for tire issues. Not confident this is the last issue with this car as I feel lied to and wonder what is not being told to me. Disappointing had great service with my salesmen (commission I get it) but no issues when I bought a cars years ago from Jerry was hoping for the same level of service. More

Their customer service is horrible as soon as they sell you the car you don't matter to them anymore. I bought a car less than 6 months ago the transmission now went on it and I have to pay out of pocket t you the car you don't matter to them anymore.
