The service dept is FANTASTIC ! !!...They are knowledgeable , helpful , and VERY concerned about the customer...My 2018 Kia Soul had check engine light issues..I needed to bring it i !!...They are knowledgeable , helpful , and VERY concerned about the customer...My 2018 Kia Soul had check engine light issues..I needed to bring it in 5 times over the past year....There were several different repairs needed...The first 4 times I was able to wait , But the last time the dealership wanted to keep the car for about one week...That was OK as they gave me a loaner vehicle , which was a new Soul...So far , no check engine light issues...I have referred many people to this dealership , as I strongly feel they are terrific to do business with !!
