Scheduled work was completed as required, but customer service was subpar. Poor communication (in fact no communication at the time of drop off) of how it would take to complete the work essentially waste service was subpar. Poor communication (in fact no communication at the time of drop off) of how it would take to complete the work essentially wasted an entire Saturday for me. Was told it was a 1-2 hr service when I scheduled the appointment several days ago. ended up hanging around for 5 hours in the area for a call that the work was completed! It was my first visit to this dealership for service and therefore don’t have a frame of reference for comparison. Will need to see if this was a one off experience when I try them again next time… More

Brian was very professional. My only complaint is the price of services are extremely high. I bought my car 2019 and already have had to replace my battery and brake job. Plus other things, but I chose price of services are extremely high. I bought my car 2019 and already have had to replace my battery and brake job. Plus other things, but I chose to wait to fix a couple of things. In just 2 years that I purchased my car, I will be spending well over $3,000.00. Brian was very thoughtful in giving me a coupon for the brake job. Which I appreciated! Honestly, this is my 2nd Mercedes that I have purchased, next time I will have to rethink it. More
