I have used Mercedes Benz of Natick, MA for service, new brakes/rotors and for flats and other issues for many years now. The service advisors and their manager are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They care about establishing a good relationship with their customers, and this alone is a great reason to take your car here for service. The fact that they will fix it well is the cherry on top. I plan on returning the next time I need a repair or service as this is truly a great service department. More

The staff at this dealership could not have been more helpful or professional, with a special shout out to Brian, who fit me in for a service to repair and replace a part that was malfunctioning on my ga helpful or professional, with a special shout out to Brian, who fit me in for a service to repair and replace a part that was malfunctioning on my gas cap door. I had come to the dealership to have my tire pressure gauge readjusted and mentioned this issue. The staff jumped into action to assure that this could be fixed in the same visit. Brian also made a trip to the parts department to personally locate the part. I felt like they all jumped through hoops for me. The service also took place in less than 1 hour. And they washed and vacuumed my car! More
