This dealer impressed me! Low on employees but I felt I was treated more than fair with all things. They threw in all weather mats without me asking. Jenai was by far the best saleswomen I've ever dealt with as well. Brian the General Manager was very accomodating as well. After so many bad experiences with salesman lying, stealing etc this was so to speak a breath of fresh air. Paul Schmitt at their sister dealership in Highland, IL was outstanding as well. Definitely will be the first care dealer I will reach out to in the future for my next vehicle. I told them I don't want their sticker with their name on the car but I will use word of mouth etc. Lets be real that works well now days. More

I first had to deal with service dept do to a nail being in my tire. They patched up tire after that everything was fine. I live in an area where they’re doing construction heavy so maybe a couple wks to mo in my tire. They patched up tire after that everything was fine. I live in an area where they’re doing construction heavy so maybe a couple wks to month later I had 2 flat tires again. When taking car in it sat the entire wked I was told new tires were being ordered. When Monday came around no new tires they patched tires again. Mind me one of the tires is the one they had already patched so that leaves it to had been patched twice. I was told by service manager it looked like my car had been vandalized after I explained living in construction zone. Which it was out of place for him to even say that to me. Now that my tires have been patched my car hasn’t rode smooth since. I took back to service dept to get tires balanced to see if that was the issue. They told me my tires were perfectly balanced but car still isn’t riding smooth. At this point I’m at a road block don’t know what to do. I don’t normally do bad reviews but I’m an unsatisfied customer & only have car for going on 3 months now. I just want my car to ride smooth like it did before taking it in to be serviced. More

CAUTION WHEN DOING BUSINESS: I recently went in to buy a Kia Stinger GT V6 Twin Turbo, I chose this dealership to buy the car from specifically because they had the exact color for exterior and interior tha Kia Stinger GT V6 Twin Turbo, I chose this dealership to buy the car from specifically because they had the exact color for exterior and interior that I had wanted. When I had went in, I spoke to Nathaniel extensively about the specifics of the car (model, engine, accessories, etc) and even showed him the exact car on their website. Nathan then assured me they had the car and that they'd pull the car around back. Nathan then brought in the manager so I could speak with him and I went through the paperwork happily, driving off I was excited to have my dream car. After a short 2 months of driving, I had been noticing that the car's performance wasn't where it should be. I opened the hood and found a 4 Cylinder Twin Turbo engine, so I researched my VIN number only to find out that they scammed me into buying a Kia Stinger Gt Line at the price of a GT. I contacted Nathaniel and when he heard what the issue was, he began ignoring me. I drove an hour to the dealership, was greeted by a man at the front desk, and when Nathan happened to pass by me, it sparked up the conversation of why I was there. As I was attempting to speak to the man who sold me the car, the front desk agent butted in because he was Nathan's father saying, "I'll handle it," without knowing me or the situation at hand. I asked for the manager who assisted me with the paperwork and he was able to speak to me, however he was unable to solve the issue. All that was done was a verbal apology and an employee discount for maintenance. I SUGGEST YOU CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY PAPERS HERE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR CAR YOU NEVER ASKED FOR.
