This dealership takes pride in offering a genuine, professional experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and assisted immediately. My sales rep, a sales manager and the general sa professional experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and assisted immediately. My sales rep, a sales manager and the general sales manager all introduced themselves which made me feel appreciated. I had some concerns that were quickly resolved promptly by the sales team. If you want a professional, low pressure experience with people who want to ensure your happiness is their number one priority then I’d recommend anyone to check out Ed Martin CDJR. More

We drove 1. 5hrs to your dealership on 07/21. We arrived about 5:15. Your dealership closes at 6:00. We bought a new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At around 5:45 my b 5hrs to your dealership on 07/21. We arrived about 5:15. Your dealership closes at 6:00. We bought a new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At around 5:45 my better half decided she wanted the grey one instead of the white one. Salesman was rude, kept trying to convince her to go with the white one, simply because he didn't want to wash the grey one by himself, since some employee's had already left. Which I understand, but we're not talking about a $100 couch here it was a $50,000 vehicle. I understand you had to work over about an hour, but that's part of the job sometimes. Then on top of that I kept asking if they had applied our green discount and they never would give me a straight answer. I spent over an hour on the phone with my family member to get the control number for this discount. They said they made an error on the price and the discount wouldn't make much a difference. I said I don't care what kind of mistake was made you should still apply our discount. Final paperwork time. We get to the signing office to review the paper work and no green slip was applied. We were lied to and then told it was too late to change the paperwork. Worst experience in 40yrs I've ever had at a dealership. You owe us the money for the green slip discount. More

I went to look at a vehicle and was upfront about what I wanted for my trade. We agreed on a deal for the purchase price of the vehicle and the trade in amount for my vehicle, they ran my credit and got it wanted for my trade. We agreed on a deal for the purchase price of the vehicle and the trade in amount for my vehicle, they ran my credit and got it approved, then came back and then the day I was set to purchase the vehicle they offered less for my trade than their original offer (ie the agreed upon amount), indicating they had "changed their mind". I find it quite unprofessional that they ran my credit without an actual deal in place and without me signing the credit application and then after it was approved backed out of a deal. Steer clear of this dealership- they clearly do not stand behind their word and cannot be trusted. More

I was in today for some service work and to have some recalls done on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They ordered the parts recalls done on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They ordered the parts I needed and fixed everything they had parts for as I waited. The service department guys were super nice as well as super helpful. While I waited I test drove a new truck and spoke with Jordan. He went out of his way to get me all the info I was looking for. There was never any pressure to buy. I may not be ready to buy now but when I am I will 100% buy from Ed Martin in Anderson. Thanks for the experience fellas. More
