This dealership as a whole went above and beyond our expectations! We actually enjoyed buying our car and have really enjoyed our new 2015 Kia Sorento! I received the below bullets in an email from the dealership. so we were excited to make the drive out to purchase a vehicle. * We'll move at your pace. * We honor your time and make your request dealership. so we were excited to make the drive out to purchase a vehicle. * We'll move at your pace. * We honor your time and make your request our first priority. * We'll move forward any way you'll like: by phone, fax, email, text, in person or any combination in-between. We went to Kia Savannah with the intention of buying a used vehicle. All we were asking was a best and final price on the three vehicles we had it narrowed down to. We were not able to receive what we asked for. We were okay with the price quoted for the trade if they were able to come down on the vehicles sticker price, and he came back with full sticker price. He repeatly requested our payoff on the vehicle we were trading. You do not need to know a payoff to know what you are willing to sell a car for. The voodoo math this associate used makes car buying a confusing process when it does not have to be. We had a simple request for a final and best price that was not fulfilled, infact, they came back at full sticker price. We not upside down on our trade and we had equity in the trade. It is a shame they were unable to to handle a simple request as we were prepared to buy today. More

They both worked with me remotely, as I live in Atlanta, and gave such time and attention to accommodate my needs and thoroughly addressed every question and concern that I had. I would highly recommend anyone to contact them when looking for a new car; and KIA cars are superb quality, highly economical, and extremely luxurious. I am very happy with my new Optima and look forward to working with them again when it is time for another new car. Thumbs up guys, and thank you for all your help!! More

Our intention was to purchase a new KIA Rio for our daughter that is attending college this past Saturday. Her experience was wonderful! Brian spent a lot of time showing her all the features the Rio daughter that is attending college this past Saturday. Her experience was wonderful! Brian spent a lot of time showing her all the features the Rio has and in the process put mind at ease knowing that she was going to be safe in this new car! Brian showed my husband and I the Sorento and we fell in love with it! Brian and the staff went above and beyond to make this sale possible. We feel so blessed to be part of the KIA family! We can't brag on your service as well as our vehicles to enough people! The Pastor used us as an example at church on Sunday as proof of Gods Favor! Thank you again for all that you have done! More

Staff was very friendly. Brian was an awesome sales person and did whatever was needed to make the sale as easy as possible. They didn't have the vehicle we wanted on their lot but was more than willin person and did whatever was needed to make the sale as easy as possible. We had already decided to by a kia based on our internet shopping. I called the internet sales rep and told them that our credit union would only finance 80% of MSRP. I was told by Darrell that, that was shopping. I called the internet sales rep and told them that our credit union would only finance 80% of MSRP. I was told by Darrell that, that was not possible but he could possibly get me 92% of MSRP. When I got to dealership we were helped by Brian who was VERY nice and knowledgeable about the car. When we told him we had been quoted 92% MSRP he said that was not a problem and showed us the cars. We were also told that we would go by internet price which was significantly lower than the price on the sticker. During the conversation with our sales person, We were told that he could probably make us a good price on a standard transmission because they were harder to move. We decided to look at a standard thinking that we would get at least 92% MSRP and possibly even better since they were hard to move. When we got down to the cost we found out that basically we were just told we could get the car at 92% of MSRP but in reality the internet price was the best we could get. Darrell said that he only told me that to let me know that there was no way he could do 80%. Since we were not eligible for the military discount, and after adding in $750 standard shipping price the internet price was only $20 cheaper than the sticker price. Also we had to pay an additional 40 for a cord to hook up the ipod to the stereo system. This would not have been so bad if we had known before we were trying to set up the ipod before driving off the lot with our car. We had to go back and get the cord after telling our sales rep how important the music was. We didn't make a stink at the dealership. We already knew we wanted the kia. We felt like the payments were in our price range and we got a fair % rate on our loan. We are happy with the Kia and look forward to driving it but feel very let down by what felt like a shady car sales experience. More
