The wait time for my oil change has greatly improved. I was in and out in less than an hour. The new lobby furniture is very nice and they always have the restrooms in good shape. I purchase a vehicle in November 2023 from Peltier kia in Longview texas . Took vehicle in for oil change on February 22 2025 Peltier nissan tyler texas they would not honor free oil change they claim I was Longview texas . Took vehicle in for oil change on February 22 2025 Peltier nissan tyler texas they would not honor free oil change they claim I was over on mileage. When I purchased vehicle they told me free oil change for 2 years. Unlimited mileage now they will not honor free oil change. I will never deal with them ever again. Taking my business else where. Way too shady and dishonest. More
