Jorell was amazing. From the first email and text to the back and forth he did with me over the weekend, he was awesome! Even after normal business hours he took the time to respond to me. When we arrived to test drive the car selected he had it ready to go. Then when decided we wanted to test drive others he was on it in a minute, plus he had already informed his manager amd finance manager, who were also amazing, so they could prepare figures on the 2nd car we were test driving. Then he also went above and beyond and provided details for every car in the color, cost and mileage I wanted. After we selected the car, my husband had a question and a rotor on a brake. Not only did they take a look to assure it was good, they brought my husband back to look at it and compare to a new one. The service manager also went above amd beyond.. And lastly the finance manager made it easy and simple, the online process prior helped as well on this side. The detailing done to my suv made my 2017 mx5 look brand new! Due to Jorell and the Mazda team I will definitely be back to this Mazda dealership amd recommend it. This experience allowed me to verify that my first Mazda in 2015 with the purchase of my Miata was not a fluke but is actually the experience to expect! Thank you Jorell! Always a good experience. Was the 2nd lease of a Mazda CX-5. Jorell was the salesperson and Bud in finance handled the paperwork. Will definitely be back when ready for our next lease. Noticed there was no washer fluid in the reservoir and questioned whether there was a leak. Brian (who has been there for many, many years and previously was a service writer when we use to take the old 2005 Mazda Tribute in for service) ) is now the Service Dept. Asst. Manager. He had the reservoir pressure tested, confirmed there was no leak and filled it with washer fluid. If you're looking for a new Mazda, this is the place to go to. More
